Connected Support for Regulation at Home and School
I'm Liz, and I'm so glad you're here.
I’m a pediatric occupational therapist and mom of three, and for more than 18 years I’ve worked alongside children and families in hospitals, schools, early intervention, and private practice.
Over time, I’ve seen something consistent: when we look beneath behavior and support the nervous system first, everything shifts. What often looks like defiance or disruption is usually a child asking for safety, support, or connection.
A few years ago, my family began spending more time outdoors. What started as camping trips grew into months of travel, and I witnessed again and again how unstructured outdoor play supported regulation, creativity, and confidence. It deepened my belief that growth doesn’t come from pressure. It comes from safety and relationship.
That perspective shaped my work. I provide nature-based occupational therapy outdoors, where children build regulation and confidence through movement, connection, and play. At this time, I’m not accepting new in-person clients.
My focus has expanded into courses, coaching, and school-based trainings that help adults feel clearer in hard moments. When the adults feel steady and supported, children follow.
Whether you’re here as a parent, teacher, or therapist, my hope is that you find a level of support for you, and a sense that you’re not alone in this work.
